Strengthen Quality Education of Chinese Modern Farmers and Train Modern New Peasants

农民素质高低直接关系到农村经济发展速度和农业现代化的进程。在分析当前农村农民素质教育滞后的原因基础上,探讨了农民素质教育结构和内容,并从总体上提出了实施农民素质教育的指导思想,以期对农村农民素质教育工作的开展能够有所启示。

The quality education of Chinese modern farmers directly influenced the development speed of rural economy and the process of the agricultural modernization. On the basis of the analysis on the lagging cause of quality education of Chinese modern farmers, the structure and content of quality education of Chinese modern farmers were discussed. On the whole, the guiding ideology of implementing quality education of Chinese modern farmers was put forward to provide help for developing the relevant work.
