温州市农村劳动力转移培训研究

Study on Rural Labor Migration and Manpower Training in Wenzhou

加快农村劳动力转移是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容。通过对浙江省温州市农村劳动力转移的现状研究,总结出农村劳动力转移的主要培训方式。通过分析对农村劳动力转移培训效果产生影响的诸多因素,提出加强农村劳动力培训,加快农村劳力转移的对策建议。其主要举措有建立农村劳动力转移培训的长效机制,建立科学规范的农村劳动力转移培训体系,加大筹集资金筹措力度和完善培训资金管理制度,抓好培训基地建设,制定和完善农村劳动力转移培训的相关政策。

Acceleration of rural labor migration played an important role in new village construction of socialism. Through researching on the current status and influencing factors of rural labor force transfer of Wenzhou City, the primary training patterns were summarized, and countermeasures for strengthening rural labor force training, accelerating rural labor force transfer were put forward. The major measures included constructing a long-term training mechanism of rural labor migration, establishing a scientific and normative training system, devoting greater efforts to fund raising, improving fund management, insuring the construction of training centers and making and to improving correlative policies on training.
