Optimization Study of the Structure Parameter Based on the Specific Power of Scroll Compressor

研究了涡旋压缩机的几个主要结构参数的优化方法,以比功率为目标函数,对涡旋圈数N、渐开线节距P、涡旋体高度h、背压孔位置角β进行了优化研究,分析比功率随压缩机基本参数变化的规律,最终确定优化后满意的尺寸结构。

This paper discusses the optimization method of the scroll compressor＇ s parameters. In order to obtain the satisfied size of the structure, studies the number of laps, the height, and the angle of the pressure-position of the scroll by observing the change of the basic parameters with the specific power of the scroll compressor.
