摘要
矿用空气压缩机性能测试仪是以国家安全生产行业标准煤矿在用空气压缩机系统安全检测检验规范为依据研究开发的,主要用于空气压缩机性能的自动测试、分析处理和检验报告的生成。以虚拟仪器技术为基础,研究确定了基于软件算法的排气压力、排气温度、流量、转速、功率等主要参数的测试方法,开发了基于USB总线的便携式仪器硬件和基于组件的测试分析软件。
According to the Safety inspecting-testing specification of in-service air compressor for coal mine which belongs to the national industry standard for safe production, instruments for performance inspecting-testing of air compressor for coal mine has been researched and developed, mainly used in automatic performance testing, analysis and processing and producing survey report for air compressor. On the basis of virtual instrument technology, this paper has introduced the testing methodes of its main parameters such as exhaust pressure, exhaust temperature, flow, rotation rate and power based on software algorithm, and developed portable instrument hardware based on USB bus and inspecting-testing software based on components.
