水压试验阀的技术开发与应用

摘要 介绍了水压试验阀的使用方法,列举了几种大型火电机组使用水压试验阀的相关参数及型号,分析了堵板式和翻板式水压试验阀的结构及性能,计算了翻板式水压试验阀的流阻系数、压降、热量损失和对应的能源消耗,指出了阀门选用的注意事项。 The application method of hydrostatic testing valve are briefly introduced in this paper, enumerate several large thermal power generator networks' interrelated main date and hydrostatic testing valve model, introduce the structure of two kinds of hydrostatic testing valve and there's performance comparison, detailed analysis the flow resistance, voltagedrop, calorific loss, energy con- sumption corresponding of rotarydisc hydrostatic testing valve, put forward the matters need attention of the valve's chosing.
