摘要
凸轮轴磨削工艺系统三维实景是本研究中凸轮轴虚拟磨削加工系统的基础功能单元。本文详细探讨了凸轮轴磨削工艺系统三维实景建立的技术方法。首先对虚拟磨床信息进行数据抽象以便于数据处理,再对虚拟加工工艺系统进行结构组织和再现,按照工艺系统各组成部分的运动关系来组织其数据关系,并据此建立了一个完整的三维实景平台系统,能用于凸轮轴磨削加工动态过程的虚拟再现,并实现了能增强用户真实感体验和提高用户操作效率的交互功能。
3D real scene of cam shaft grinding process system is a basic function unit of the cam shaft virtual reality grinding system in our research. A technology about the establishment of 3D real scene of cam shaft grinding process system was discussed in detail. First data abstraction of the virtual grinding machine information was conducted in order to facilitate data processing; then the structure organization and reconstruction of the virtual grinding process system was made and the data relationship between the parts of the process system was organized according to their motion relationship. At last, a complete 3D real scene plat system was built based on the technology said above. The 3D real scene system can be used to virtually reconstruct the dynamic process of the camshaft grinding, enhance user' s real experience and improve user' s operation efficiency through the interactive tunction.
