摘要 本文采用电镀技术制备了铸铁基Ni-SiC复合镀层,制定了电镀工艺,研究了基体表面的处理状况和镀液pH值对复合镀层的质量以及SiC颗粒的浓度和粒度对显微组织的影响。研究发现:镀层表面粗糙度R_a小于0.8μm,复合镀层质量以及结合力好;pH=4~4.5时,镀层的质量较好。在SiC浓度相同的条件下,SiC粒度较大的镀层表面较粗糙,部分SiC颗粒没有被基质金属Ni完全包裹住;在SiC粒度相同的条件下,SiC浓度增加,镀层中的SiC颗粒含量随之增加。 In this paper, Ni-SiC coatings on the iron-based sample were prepared by the electroplated technology. The techniques were developed, the influences of the surface treatment on the quality and the concentration and particle size of SiC on microstructure of the composite coatings were studied. The results show that the quality and binding strength are better when the ratio of surface roughness is,smaller than 0.8 μm and the pH scale ranges from 4 to 4.5. Based on the same concentration of SiC, the composite coating with big size SiC is rough, which some SiC are not packed completely by Ni alloy. With the increasing of the concentration of SiC, the content of SiC in the composite coatings increases corresponding under the condition of the same size.
