P53基因异常可干扰IGF-1R治疗前列腺癌疗效

摘要
根据在美国西雅图Fred Hutchinson癌症研究中心进行的一项最新研究显示，当前正处于开发阶段的前列腺癌治疗方法——通过抑制胰岛素样生长因子（IGF）活性来激活其靶受体，有可能得到意想不到的结果，尤其是在肿瘤抑制基因P53已经受损的情况下。
