摘要
分别以草酸和草酸铵为沉淀剂,采用液相沉淀法制备了草酸钴前驱体,采用高温固相烧结法,以草酸钴为原料制备钴蓝颜料,研究了原料的粒度和配比等对钴蓝颜料性能的影响。结果表明:用草酸铵作沉淀剂制得的草酸钴的粒度小且均匀;将粒径为1.1μm的草酸钴和10.9μm的氢氧化铝按质量比46.0∶54.0配料,在1 200°C下煅烧2 h,可制得粒径为1μm左右、反射率R450=68.4%、R600=6.9%,ΔR=61.5%的钴蓝颜料。
In order to obtain high quality cobalt blue pigment, firstly cobalt oxalate powder was pre pared using H2C2O4 and (NH1)2C2O4 as precipitators via liquid precipitation process. Cobalt blue pigment was then prepared using the cobalt oxalate as raw materials via high temperature sintering method. The influence of particle size and composition of the raw material on the properties of cobalt blue pigment was studied. Small and uniform cobalt oxalate particles can be obtained. Cobalt blue pigment with the particle size at about 1 μm could be prepared by mixing the cobalt oxalate (46.0%) of diameter at 1.1 μm and aluminum hydroxide (54.0%) of the diameter at 10.9 μm firstly, and then the mixed batch was calcined at 1 200 ℃ for 2 h. The reflectivity of the obtained powder reached as high as 68.4% at 450 nmwavelength, its R600 is 6.9% and AR equals 61.5%.
