摘要
目的用HPLC法测定甘草中甘草酸的含量。方法以C18柱(4.6mm×15cm,5μm)为分析柱,乙腈-2%醋酸溶液(36:64)为流动相;流速为0.6ml/min,柱温25℃,紫外检测波长为250nm,采用外表法定量测定。结果表明甘草酸在0.1630~0.8149μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。其平均加样回收率为99.76%,RSD为0.96%(n=5)。结论本方法简便可靠,重现性好,可作为甘草酸的质量控制方法。
Objective To set up a HPLC method for the determination of the glyeyrrhizie acid in licorice from different regions. Methods A C18 column(4. 6mm× 15 cm,5μm ) was used with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-2% acetic acid ( 36: 64). The flow rate was 0. 6 ml/min, the temperature of column was 25℃, and the detection wavelength was at 250nm. To determinate the quantitative assay using external satadard method. Results The linear of glycyrrhizic acid was good in the range of 0. 1630 - 0. 8149 μg ( r = 0. 9999 ) with the average recovery 99. 76% and RSD 0. 96% ( n = 5 ). Conclusion This method was simple, convenient, and was appropriate to control the quality of licorice.
