恶性高血压致肾损害30例临床分析

Clinical characteristics of renal damage caused by malignant hypertension

目的分析了解恶性高血压致肾损害的临床特点及降压药物的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析30例恶性高血压致肾损害的临床、实验室资料。结果30例患者经治疗后,显效9例(30.0%),有效13例(43.3%),无效8例(26.7%),总有效率为73.3%。结论以肾脏受累为主要表现的恶性高血压不少见,原发性与肾实质性恶性高血压的临床改变及预后均不同。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of renal involvement associated with malignant hypertension. Methods Data of 30 cases with malignant hypertension were reviewed. Results After treatment, there were 9 cases with significant effect （30.0%） , 13 caseseffective（43.3%） and8 cases ineffective （26.7%） , total effective rate was 73. 3%. Conclusion Malignant hypertension presenting with renal damage was not very rare. The clinical presentations and prognosis of primary MHT were different from those of renal parenchymal MHT
