摘要 金属矿山井下排水排泥系统是重要的安全生产设施。长期以来,铜坑矿井下排水与排泥是分开的,即先排水后,再把沉淀下来的泥浆用人工清浆方式进行清理妆车,再转运至采空区或地面废石场进行处理,采用原始的人工清浆方法,时间长,工效低。文章提出以机械化清浆来代替原始的人工清浆方式,以提高效率,减少影响。 Drainage and mud system on underground are important safety production facilities in metal mine. For a long time, the drainage and mud system are separate in Tongkeng mine. That is, draining in the first, and then taking precipitation mud slurry to cleanoading by using artificial means, at last, dealing with it through transporting to mined - out areas or surface waste rock areas. By using artificial primitive methods,it is of long time and low work efficiency. In order to increase work efficiency and minimize the influence on other aspects of production, this paper pointed out that using mechanized-pulp to replace the original artificial-pulp methods.
