先进的行业文化建设有利于化解矛盾、凝聚人心,提高保险行业的凝聚力、向心力和战斗力,促进保险与经济社会的协调发展。青海省在培育先进的保险行业文化方面,需要加强精神文化、制度文化和物质文化建设。同时,还要继承和发扬中国传统文化中的和谐思想观念,科学界定保险行业文化的内容,为行业文化的培养营造良好氛围,并将此项工作长期开展下去,为实现青海保险至善省的目标而努力。
