摘要 采用不同浓度的1,2-二亚油酸-3-3硬脂酸-甘油三酯,研究了其对玉米象的触杀毒力及其对乙酰胆碱酯酶、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性的影响。结果表明,1,2-二亚油酸-3-硬脂酸-甘油三酯对玉米象的触杀毒力在12h、24h、48h的LC50分别为4.97mg/mL,3.95mg/mL,3.83mg/mL;对谷胱甘肽S-转移酶有一定的影响,其影响趋势是:开始的12h内,玉米象体内谷胱甘肽S-转移酶比活力均比未处理的低,但比活力逐渐增大;24h时达到最大值;超过24h后,比活力又有所下降。但对乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性影响没有明显的规律,当浓度为3.0mg/mL、3.5mg/mL时,48h最终表现为抑制作用,但浓度上升为4.0mg/mL时,48h内对乙酰胆碱酯酶表现为诱导作用。 In this paper, the toxicities of different concentrations of 1,2--linoleic acid -- 3 -- stearic acid--triglyceride against Sitophilus zearnais and effects on glutathione S--transferase and acetylcholinesteraes were studied. The results showed that the LCs0 were 4.97 mg/mL,3.95 mg/mL,3.83 mg/mL at 12 h,24 h and 48 h, respectively. The specific activity of glutathione S- transferase from maize weevil treated by 1,2- inoleic acid-3-stearic acid-triglyceride was lower than untreated pest in 12 hours, but it gradually increased in the first 12 hours, then the activity reached its peak at 24th hour. Finally, it decreased over 24. The change of acetylcholinestrerase's activity was not regular, it was inhibited at 48th hour as the maize weevil was treated by the concentrations of 3.0 mg/mL and 3.5 mg/mL, but it was stimulated as the concentration went up to 4.0 mg/mL.
