摘要
文章在对我国农业科研效率的国内外研究方法述评的基础上,采用数据包络分析方法(DEA)对我国"十五"期间各省农业科研的技术效率和规模效率进行度量,分析结果显示,增加农业科研投入是提高农业科研产出的重要途径;部分省份已经出现规模报酬递减的趋势,调整农业科技资源的配置迫在眉睫;区域农业科研效率与区域农业经济的匹配程度存在密切关联。
Based on the commentary of research method in evaluating agricultural scientific research efficiency, the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of agricultural scientific re.arch institution was measured in the paper, using data envelopment analysis （DEA） during 2001-2005. The conclusions were as follows： （1） Increasing the S＆T input was the main approach to increase the scientific research output; （2） The tendency of decreasing returns to scale has existed in some provinces, and adjusting the S＆T resource collocating fashion was most important; （3） The agricultural scientific research efficiency was related to the agricultural economy in a district.
