广西1986～2006年农业科技成果推广应用分析

A Review on the Extension and Application of Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements in Guangxi in Recent Two Decades

文章在对广西1986～2006年农业科技成果推广情况进行系统总结、分析基础上,指出广西20年农业科技成果推广应用存在的主要问题,并就进一步促进农业科技成果转化提出了四点建议,即增加科技经费投入,为科技进步提供有力的保障;深化科技体制改革,加快科技成果的推广应用;加强农业科技队伍建设,提高科技人员的整体素质;加大对农民培训力度,全面提高农民科技文化水平。

The extension of achievements of agricultural science and technology obtained in Guangxi since 1986 was summarized in the paper. Main problems during extension and application of achievements were pointed out, and four suggestions on promoting transformation of agricuhural achievements were also put forward, i.e., increasing scientific funding to provide powerful guarantee, deepening reform of science and technology system to speed up extension and application of scientific achievements, strengthening construction of agricultural science and technology term and boost quality of technician, strengthening training of farmers and raising their science and technology level.
