依托农业科技综合展示基地 打造现代农业“技术超市”——江苏推进农业科技成果转化新探索

Rely on the Agriculture Comprehensive Technology Displaying Bases and Establish the Modern Agricultural Technology Supermarket, an Exploration of New Road to Promote the Transformation of the Agricultural Scientific Achievements in Jiangsu Province

文章从现阶段农业科技成果转化方式入手,分析了农业科技成果转化率不高的原因,结合江苏农业科技综合展示基地试点经验,提出由政府牵头,将农业技术成果集中进入农业科技综合展示基地展示,建立"农业技术成果超市",使公益性农业技术成果从"无形"转变为"有形",突破农业新技术成果转化"瓶颈",加快农业科技成果转化。

Beginning with researches on present modes of transformation of agricultural scientific achievements in Jiangsu province, reasons causing a low rate of transformation of achievement were analyzed in the paper. And according to the experience on experiments in the Agriculture Comprehensive Technology Displaying Bases of Jiangsu, a new road to promote the transformation of the agricultural scientific achievements was pointed out. That is, under the leadership of our government, collecting and displaying all the new agricultural scientific achievements we need in the Agriculture Synthesis Technology Displaying Bases of Jiangsu, which like a kind of supermarket. And by showing the technological products vividly, breakthrough the limit in the transformation of the agricultural scientific achievements, and then accelerating this process.
