火炮内弹道模拟实验方法研究

THE STUDY ON THE INTERIOR BALLISTICS BY MODELING TESTING

针对缩尺模拟炮动力学相似对内弹道性能的要求，以经典内弹道理论为基础，推导了火炮内弹道相似的准则，在对相似准则放宽的基础上，讨论了在采用同种火药的情况下，弹丸质量，装药量以及结构尺寸与原炮的相似关系．结合工程实践，进行了数值计算，得到了和相似比预测基本吻合的结果．

In the paper, according to the similitude requirements of gun dynamics, the scaling laws (πterms) of interior ballistic modeling test are deduced, the scaling factors of the mass of shell, the mass of gunpower, the main parameters of the prototype and model are presented, the scaling relationships of the two kinds of interior ballistics are discussed also. As an application, the result of the calculation coincides with the prediction of simulation very well.
