摘要
使用NaB rO3/NaHSO3/ZnSO4或KC lO3/NaHSO3/ZnSO4反应体系,1,3-二羰基化合物可以在α位进行溴代或氯代,反应在室温下进行,以CH3CN/H2O为溶剂,反应条件温和且具有较高的产率.提供了一种新的1,3-二羰基化合物的卤代反应方法.产物结构经1H NMR、13C NMR和HRMS得到了确证.
A variety of β-ketoesters and 1,3-diketones have been dibrominated in high yields employing NaBrO3/ NaHSO3/ZnSO4 system in a mixture of CH3 CN/H2O at room temperature. Similarly, dichlorination of these dicarbonyl substrates have been accomplished under the same conditions using KCIO3/NaHSO3/ZnSO4 system. The structures of the products were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS spectra.
