生物样品中的^(14)C的制样方法研究 被引量:9

摘要 重水堆的运行会释放出大量以CO2形式存在的14C,并直接参与动植物的代谢过程,因此监测秦山核电基地外围环境生物样品中的14C更显重要。采用真空冻干法对新鲜的生物样品进行脱水后,利用氧弹燃烧生物干样,Carbo-Sorb E吸收释放出的CO2制备14C液闪测量样品。相对其它制样方法,该法探测效率高,流程简单,且重现性好。 PHWR operation will release a large number of ^14C in the form, of CO2, which was directly involved in the metabolism of plants and animals, Therefore, it is importance to monitor ^14 C in the biological sample in the Qinshan nuclear power base environment. The study is to use vacuum lyophilization for dehydration of fresh samples, then use oxygen bomb combustion for dry samples, Carbo Sorb for absorbing CO2 released, and finally for liquid scintillation measurements of ^14C samples. Comparing with other methods, this method has many advantages, such as high detection efficiency, simple process and good reproducibility.
