摘要
研制出一种新型的用于垂直轴微力矩测试仪器的标定装置,它采用高精度加荷转换机构将标准砝码重力转换为水平力作用于垂直测量轴上,实现了对垂直工作轴系进行直接标定。论述了仪器工作原理、组成、结构设计及数据处理程序,并进行了测量结果不确定度分析。
A new kind of instrument for calibrating vertical axle micro-moment testing device is introduced. A precision load system for changing force direction is used to transform weight into horizontal force acting on vertical axle, so that it is able to calibrating vertical axle micro-moment. The measuring principle, constitution, structure design of the instrument and data processing are disscussed. The uncertainty of calibration is also analysed.
