摘要
目的 探索汉语发展性阅读障碍儿童的矫治训练方法。方法 选择小学3—5年级汉语发展性阅读障碍学生29名,由经过培训的训练师对其进行了为期7周的系统训练。训练内容分为认知一行为干预、音素操作训练和阅读技能训练。比较训练前后学生的语文成绩、作文分数和阅读出错率。结果 矫治训练前后,学生的语文成绩、作文分数和阅读出错率间差别均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论 认知一行为干预、音素操作训练和阅读技能训练可以提高汉语发展性阅读障碍儿童的阅读和写作水平。
Objective To explore the method of treating the developmental dyslexia of Chinese in children. Methods Totally 29 pupils, from three to five in grade, were enrolled. The pupils were with systematically trained by trained teachers for consecutive 7 weeks. The contents included the cognition -behavior intervention, operating treatment of phoneme and treatment of reading ability. The marks of language examination, marks of composition and reading error rates before and after treatment were compared. Results There were remarkable differences in mark of language examination, mark of composition and reading error rate before and after treatment ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The cognition - behavior intervention, operating treatment of phoneme and treatment of reading ability can raise the reading and writing levels.
