摘要
采用Java3D技术,实现了冲模零部件结构、装配过程、运动干涉检测、工作原理及毛料变形过程的计算机仿真,可以实现与模具零部件模型的交互操作,展示各部分的结构形状、装配过程、毛料变形过程等。研究实例表明,该方法具有跨平台、交互控制性好、操作方便等优点。
The computer simulation on punch die component structure, assembling process, movement interference detecting, working principle, and the blank deformation process are implemented by using Java3D. It can realize interactive operation with mould components to display part structure, assembling process, blank deformation process and so on. Experiments show that the methods have the advantage of cross-platform, good interactive controllability, convenient operation and so on.
