北京地区197例健康体检者动脉弹性参数的测定与分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的调查分析北京地区健康体检者的动脉弹性功能参数。方法选择北京地区197例健康人,男女各半;年龄15~80岁,体质指数(BMI)<30kg/m2;查体检查证实无危险因素及临床疾病,30d内未服用过对心血管系统有影响的药物,按年龄将受试者分为4组,分别测定大、小动脉弹性(C1、C2)。结果男、女受检者C1、C2均随年龄增长而减退(P<0.05);女性C1、C2均略低于男性,但仅在15~30岁组及61~80岁组男、女受检者C2间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同年龄及性别的健康体检者动脉顺应性数值不同,本研究结果可作为动脉顺应性C1、C2的参考范围。 Objective To investigate the natural values of vascular compliance in healthy men and women in Beijing. Methods We chose 197 healthy subjects ( 98 men and 99 women aged from 15 to 80 years, body mass index (BMI) 〈30 kg/m^2) , who were confirmed to have no clinical diseases and cardiovascular risk factors and not to have taken any medication within 30 days which may affect their cardiovascular system functions. They were divided, according to age, into 4 groups to measured large arterial compliance ( C1 ) and small ( C2 ) by using CV Profilor DO - 2020. Results Both C1 and C2, which were slightly lower in women than in men, were negatively correlated with ages in healthy men and women ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The natural values of vascular compliance vary with different ages and sexes in healthy people.
