Research on Urban Land Using Level and Rationality in Our Country

以2002年的统计数据为依据,采用绝对数量和相对数量方法分析了我国城市用地水平概况,不同用地水平下城市的地域分布和不同城市规模水平下数量分布情况,并从经济效益和环境效益的角度对我国城市用地合理性做了比较研究,根据分析结果,对我国不同区域、不同用地水平和不同用地效益的城市针对性的提出了今后土地利用方向.

Based on the statistic data of 2002, the paper analyses the general situation of our country＇s urban landusing level, the distribution of the urbans on different land-using levels and quantity＇ s distribution of different scales of urbans by the method of absolute date and related date analysing, furthermore, the authors compared the rationality of urban land-using in our country with regard to the economic benefit and environmental benefit. In conclusion, the paper put forward correspondingly the future land-using directions of the cities of the different regions, different land-using levels and different land-using benefits in our country.
