摘要
现浇混凝土空心楼板是以高强薄壁管埋入楼板混凝土中,成为永久性的芯模而构成的一种现浇结构.这种结构形式打破了传统的建筑结构模式,把建筑物集中受力的梁变成无数分散空间的受力"工"字空心肋结构体系,使楼盖的力学性能更合理.由于将梁简化成楼板,使楼层的有效层高大大提高,能有效降低工程造价,其应用前景非常广阔.
The local cast concrete hollow floor slab is formed by a permanent core mold which is become by high strength thin-walled tube embedded into the concrete. This floor slab's structure breaks the traditional mode. It makes the building concentrative loading force beam into countless scattered special loading force hollow rib whose pressed power's form is like the chinese character"工", so it makes the floor mechanics performance more reasonable. For making the beam be simplified to floor slab, thus the floor effective-storey height is greatly enhanced,at the same time,it can reduce the cost of project. So the application of this structure will be very broad.
