摘要
在满意度理论基础上对电子商务专业学生的满意度展开了问卷调查,对所得数据运用统计方法展开实证分析,发现电子商务的专业引导形式、专业课程设置以及就业前景对学生的满意度有较为显著的影响,最后针对上述影响因素提出了建议和措施.
As a new major, electronic commerce develops very quickly in these years. This article firstly introduces the satisfaction index theory and investigates the satisfaction index (SI) of electronic commerce major students on this basis, then makes a empirical study of the information through statistics method, finding that the form of major introduction, employment future and course arrangement have obvious effects on the SI of students, at last gives suggestions on these factors.
