试论“二元经济”与现代农业建设

On "Dual Economy" and the Building of Modern Agriculture

按照社会经济发展的一般规律,各国在现代经济发展过程中都会出现二元经济结构。随着社会经济的发展,二元经济结构将逐渐向一元经济结构过渡。我国提出的现代农业建设的经济发展战略,是破解我国"二元经济"结构的正确决策,符合我国目前经济发展的状况,必将对社会经济的健康、稳定、协调发展产生积极的影响。

A dual economic structure has seemed, according to the general rules of social and economic development ,to be a must in the development of modem economy of every nation in the world. With the social and economic development, the dual economic structure will transform to a unified economic structure. Our strategy for economic development with regard to the building of a modern agriculture is a reasonable decision for the solvement of our ＂dual economy＂ structure;it conforms to the current situation of our economic development, and is bound to have positive effect on the healthy, stable and coordinated development of the society and economy.
