摘要
目的探讨口灵漱口液对乳腺癌术后辅助化疗患者口腔炎的防治作用。方法观察组33例,用口灵漱口液漱口;对照组28例,用生理盐水漱口。调查两组病人对两种漱口液舒适程度,口腔炎发生率,口腔炎构成及愈合所需要时间。结果两组病人对两种漱口液舒适程度、口腔炎发生率、口腔炎构成及愈合时间差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论口灵漱口液能有效预防及治疗乳腺癌术后患者化疗所致的口腔炎。
Objective To discuss the prevention and cure function of Koulin gargle liquid to stomatitis of patients with assistant chemical treatment after mastectomy. Methods observation group 33 cases, gargling with Koulin, control group 28 cases, rinsing the mouth with normal sodium, to investigate the comfortable extent of collutory, incidence, composition and healing time of stomatitis between two groups. Results there is obvious variance significance between two groups. Conclusions Koulin Gargle Liquid can prevent and treat stomatitis effectively ,caused by chemotherapy after the operation of mammary carcinoma.
