食管贲门癌术后心律失常的原因分析及护理对策

The causative analysis of arrhythmia after operation of esophago-cardiac carcinoma and strategy of nursing care

目的探讨食管贲门癌术后并发心律失常的原因及围手术期护理对策。方法对293例食管贲门癌患者的术前术后资料进行回顾分析。结果年龄>60岁、术前心电图异常、术前肺功能中重度受损、胃食管颈部吻合与术后并发心律失常有密切关系(P<0.05)。结论对于高龄、术前心电图异常、术前肺功能中重度受损、胃食管颈部吻合的食管癌贲门癌患者,应加强围手术期的护理,有利于降低术后心律失常的发生率。

Objective To discuss the reason of arrhythmic complication in postoperation of esophago-cardiac carcinoma and nursing care strategy. Methods Retrospective analysis our clinic data. Results The 4 factors possessed significant relationship with postoperative arrhythmic complication, including Age 〉 60 years, preoperative electrocardiogram abnormality, preoperative pulmonary function middle or heavy damage, and gastro-esophageal anastomosis in cervical. Conclusions For the case of elderly patient, preoperative electrocardiogram abnormality, preoperative pulmonary function middle or heavy damage, and gastro-esophageal anastomosis in cervical, the perioperative nursing care should be enhanced especially. It would contribute to reduce incidence of postoperative arrhythmia.
