摘要 评价MIIGX3(minimally-invasive injectable graft X3)对椎弓根螺钉固定骨质疏松椎体的强化作用。在2组(A、B组)女性骨质疏松尸体椎骨的一侧直接置入椎弓根螺钉作对照(对照侧),另一侧注入MIIGX3后再置入螺钉作强化固定(强化侧)。A组于置入椎弓根螺钉30min后行拔出实验,B组于置入椎弓根螺钉24h后行拔出实验,各测得一组椎弓根螺钉的最大轴向拔出力(F-max)。结果表明:A组F-max对照侧和强化侧为587.43±29.97N及963.14±48.25N,B组F-max对照侧和强化侧为604.29±16.38N及1135.43±64.60N;强化侧和对照侧比较,2组均存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。说明MIIGX3能够加强椎弓根螺钉对骨质疏松椎体的固定作用。 To determine whether the MIIGX3 can enhance the fixation of vertebral pediele screw in the osteoporotie spine. Two groups (group A,B) of female corpora vertebra, one side (control side) was instrumented with vertebral pedicle screw directly, while the contra - lateral side(augmentation side) was screwed and augmented by MIIGX3. Pullout test was performed at 30 min after fixation in group A, while at 24 h after fixation in group B. The greatest strength of axial pullout was measured in group A,B. Result showed that the greatest strength of axial pullout of augmentation side and control side were respectively 587.43 ± 29.97 N and 963.14 ± 48.25 N in group A, and 604.29 ± 16.38 N and 1135.43 ± 64.60 N in group B.The study demonstrates that MIIGX3 can enhance the screw fixation in the osteoporotic spine.
