环钻开颅术清除颅内血肿的临床研究

The Study of cranial trephine to eliminate intracranial hematoma

目的探讨环钻开颅术清除颅内血肿的疗效与优势。方法对52例颅内血肿患者,根据颅内血肿的不同类型,采用不同口径的环钻进行开颅术,与同期收治的采用标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术和传统的骨瓣开颅术治疗患者30例(对照组)进行比较。结果与对照组相比,环钻开颅术手术时间短[观察组:对照组,(1.2±0.3)h∶(2.0±0.5)h,P<0.01],住院时间明显缩短[观察组:对照组,(10.86±3.59)d∶(17.34±6.35)d,P<0.01],病死率低(3.8%)。结论环钻开颅术疗效确切,手术时间短,患者康复较快。

Objective To discuss the effect of cranial trephine in eliminating intracranial hematoma. Methods 52 patients with intracranial hematoma were chosen,who were operated with cranial trephine,and compared with the control group（ n = 30）. The proper trephine was chosen for operation according to the type of intracranial hematoma. Results Compared with the control group,the operative time and the time being hospitalized in cfanial trephine group were shorted（ P 〈 0. 01 ） significantly with low mortality rate （0.38%）. Conclusion The cranial trephine is a method in treating intracranial hematoma with shorter operative time and faster recovery of patients.
