Reservoir is one of the important components of water conservancy facilities. The production of 3D landscape map of reservoir is a part of geo - information construction of digital reservoir. VirtuoZo is the representative digital photogrammetric system. This paper breifly discussed the construction methods of 3D landscape map of digital reservoir.
