摘要
司法廉洁是现代司法观念的重要内容,针对目前司法廉洁方面存在的问题,应借鉴西方国家比较先进的做法,通过健全和完善我国的司法程序制度和司法监督制约机制,构建和完善司法廉洁制度。
Judicial honesty is the important part in modem judicial concept. Due to the existence of judicial problems, we should borrow from western advanced system and perfect our judicial process and supervision mechanism to construct our judicial clean system.
