摘要
虚拟学习型团队在组织边界、组织成员、构成方式等方面都具有与传统团队不同的特点。共同认可的目标、成员较高的个人素质和能力、领导者的沟通和协调能力等是虚拟团队成功构建的关键要素。
Virtual learning type group shares features different from traditional ones, such as in organizational bounda- ry, members, and constitution ways etc. The key factors which constitute the group are common goal, higher personal quality and ability, leader's communicative ability and coordinate ability etc.
