学风建设是一个系统工程,关系到国家教育的质量和人才培养战略。独立学院要充分认识学风建设的重要性,努力建设优良学习,提高教学质量。
Leaming culture development is a systematic engineering, which relates to educational quality and talents cultivation strategy. We should pay full attention to the establishment of learning style, make an effort to build good learning style and promote teaching quality.
