摘要
采用自编人口统计学表与《职业成熟度量表》对700名应届本科毕业生进行问卷调查。调查结果显示影响大学生就业规划的因素主要是专业类型和父母的职业类型。高校应重视大学职业规划辅导教育,建立、健全学校与家庭信息沟通机制,做好大学毕业生的就业辅导工作。
A questionnaire survey of 700 graduates has been conducted by self-designed demography tables and Career Maturity Inventory. The result shows that the main influence factors of university students' employment planning lies in their specialty and the occupational type pf their parents. University should pay more attention to the guidance of students career planning and better the mechanism of information communication between family and university to help them find job.
