摘要
研究了T6热处理前后喷射沉积Al-Si-Fe-Cu-Mg合金的断裂行为。热处理消除了硅相尖角及硅相内应力,提高了硅相强度,使原来主要起源于硅相上的断裂裂纹,改变为起源于硅相上以及硅相与基体之间的结合处。热处理也使基体得到固溶强化,对裂纹的扩展起到了一定的抑制作用。
This paper is concerned with the fracture of a spray deposited AlSiFeCuMg alloy before and after T6 temperT6 temper eliminates the pointed angle and internal stress in Si phase to change the origin of microcrack from only inside of Si phase to the boundary between Si phase and the matrix except for inside of Si phaseT6 temper strengthenes the matrix and suppresses the development of microcrack to increase the strength of the alloy
