急性脑卒中患者内科并发症对其预后影响的探讨

目的:研究内科并发症对急性脑卒中患者功能恢复和卒中后死亡的影响。方法:对1596例急性脑卒中患者出院时BI、mRS和出院时减少的NIHSS百分数进行评估,并记录其病死率。分析有、无内科并发症两组患者预后的差别。结果:①有并发症的患者出院时减少的NIHSS百分数低于无并发症者。②有并发症者较无并发症者病死率高。结论:脑卒中后内科并发症不仅影响脑卒中患者的功能恢复,而且影响卒中后病死率。

Objective ：To determine the role of medical complications in functional outcome and fatality rate of the patients with acute stroke. Methods： 1596patients with acute stroke were evaluated with NIHSS. BI and mRS, and mortality of them was recorded. The difference of prognosis between the patients with medical complications and those without medical complications were analyzed. Results：①Fuctional outcome was significantly worse in patients with medical complications,as measured by the BI ;②Fatality rate was significantly higher in patients with medical complications. Conclusion： Medical complications that follow acute stroke not only influence functional outcome but also fatality rate.
