摘要
教师文化支配着教师教育教学行为,教师文化的优劣对于学校的发展有重大关系。阐述了三个不同层次的文化概念,在此基础上厘清了文化社会学视角下文化概念及教师文化的内涵。揭示了教师在文化与社会互动关系中的反思是支配、变革教师文化的动力机制,这一视角的研究克服了理想化研究立场的缺陷,更好地促进教师发展。
Since teacher culture dominates teachers' educational and teaching activities, it is of vital importance to school development. This paper elaborates three different levels of the concept of the culture, and based on which the concepts of the culture and the connotation of teacher culture are clarified from the perspective of cultural-sicilogy. It further reveals the fact that the teacher' s reflec- tion in the cultural and social interaction is the dynamic mechanism which governs and changes teacher culture. The research from this perspective overcomes the shortcomings of the idealized-based study,thus promoting teacher development in a better way.
