摘要
研究了Ti-6Al-4V合金的砂带磨削工艺和磨削机理。试验结果表明,不同砂带、不同砂带运动速度和不同磨削压力对磨削深度和磨削量影响较大,并对它们之间的关系作了一些探讨。
The article works at the polishing technical methods for abrasive belt grinding of Ti-6A1-4V alloy and the grinding mechanism, experiments show different abrasive belt., velocity of belt and stress of grinding have great influence on the grinding depth and grinding weight. Their relationships are studied.
