肝包虫病的手术方式选择 被引量：2

摘要 肝包虫病又称肝棘球蚴病，是畜牧地区常见的寄生虫病，可分为肝泡状棘球蚴和肝细粒棘球蚴，大多数肝包虫为肝细粒棘球蚴。肝包虫病在我国西北地区为常见地方病，目前尚无有效药物治疗，确诊后常需手术治疗，但历年来对于手术方式的选择，尚无一个统一的明确观点，临床各位学者看法不一。现将我院自2000年-2007年收治的163例肝包虫病手术情况概述如下。
