摘要
目的观察脊椎结核X线及CT表现，探讨脊椎结核影像诊断和鉴别诊断要点。方法回顾性分析31例脊柱结核X线和CT表现，其中男14例，女17例。结果31例中，颈椎1例，胸椎19例，腰椎11例。主要影像表现为椎体破坏、椎间隙变窄、椎旁软组织肿块和脓肿及脊柱生理弧度改变。结论X线及CT表现对诊断脊椎结核有重要价值，CT优于X线平片。
Objective To study the X - ray and CT findings of vertebral tuberculosis, and to explore the main points of the imaging feature of vertebral tuberculosis in diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods The X - ray films and CT findings of 31 cases with vertebral tuberculosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 31 cases, 1 case was found in cervical vertebra, 19 cases were found in dorsal vertebra, 11 cases werefound in lumbar vertebra. The imaging features included the destruction of vertebral body ; the intervertebral space narrow down; the soft organization of side of the vertebrate body swell and cold abscess;the change of spinal curvature. Conclusion The X - ray and CT findings is important for diagnosis of vertebral tuberculosis, and CT feature is superior to X - ray findings.
