摘要
大豆异黄酮是一类存在于豆类食物中的植物雌激素,由于其类雌激素样作用,富含大豆异黄酮豆类食品因其对心血管、骨质疏松及癌症等病具有防治作用而倍受学者关注,笔者就大豆异黄酮对这些方面在流行病学、动物实验和临床试验的最近几年的研究进展情况作一概述。
