简要介绍了2.25Cr-1Mo厚壁板焊结构加氢反应器的制造过程,阐述了设备制造工艺流程及筒体和封头的成型、焊接等关键工序,可为此类容器的制造提供借鉴。
The fabrication of welded hydro-reactor using 2.25Cr-1Mo thick steel plate is briefly introduced. Major fabrication procedure and the process of shell and head forming, welding are introduced as well, which can be used for reference in manufacturing of the similar hydrogen-reactor.
