甘青青兰挥发油成分超临界二氧化碳萃取与气相色谱-质谱分析

Study on Chemical Constituents of Essential Oil From Dracocephalum Tangicum Maxim by Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction /Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

采用超临界CO2萃取法从甘青青兰中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱法鉴定其化学成分和相对含量。38种化合物被鉴定,主要成分为桉油醇、(1α,2α,5α)-2,6,6-三甲基二环[3.1.1]-3-庚酮、α,α,4,8-四甲基-3,7-环癸二烯-1-甲醇、1,6-二甲基-9-(1-甲基亚乙烯基)-5,12-二氧杂三环[9.1.0.0(4,6)]-8-十二烷酮、(E,E)-3,7-二甲基-10-(1-甲基亚乙烯基)-3,7-环癸二烯-1-酮等;乙醇作携带剂超临界CO2萃取挥发油44种化合物被鉴定,主要成分为桉油醇、(1α,2α,5α)-2,6,6-三甲基二环[3.1.1]-3-庚酮、[1R-(1α,3α,4β)]-α,α,4-三甲基-4-乙烯基-3-(1-甲基乙烯基)-环己烷甲醇、(E,E)-3,7-二甲基-10-(1-甲基亚乙烯基)-3,7-环癸二烯-1-酮、乙酸等。

Essential oils were extracted from Dracocephalum tangicum. Maxim by Supercritical carbon dioxide extraction（SFE-CO2）. Their components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS）. Thirty-eight compounds were identified for the essential oil obtained by SFE-CO2, and its main components have been found to be eucalyptol, bicyclo[3.1.1]heptan-3-one, 2,6,6 2trimethyl -, （1alpha,2alpha,5alpha）, 3,7 -cyclodecadiene - 1 - methanol, alpha,alpha,4,8 -tetramethyl - ,1,6 -Dimethy1-9 -（1 - methylethylidene）-5,12-dioxa tricycle [9.1.0.0 （4,6）] dodecan-8-one, （E,E）-3,7-cyclodecadien-1-one,3,7-dimethyl-10-（1- methylethylidene）; 44 compounds were identified for the essential oil obtained by SFE- CO2 while adding alcohol, and there are mainly eucalyptol, bicyclo [3.1,1]heptan-3-one,2,6,6-trimethyl-, （1alpha,2alpha,5alpha）, cyclohexanemethanol, 4-ethenyl -alpha, alpha,4 -trimethyl -3 -（1 -methylethenyl） -[1R -（1alpha,3alpha,4beta）], （E,E） -3,7 -dimethyl -10 -（1 -methyl -vinylidene） -3,7 - cyclodecadiene-1- ketone, acetic acid, and so on.
