RP-HPLC法测定肝得治胶囊中五味子醇甲的含量

Dtermination of Schizandrol A in Gandezhi Capsule by RP-HPLC Method

目的:建立肝得治胶囊中五味子醇甲的含量测定方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,Agilent TC-C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(55∶45),流速:1 mL/min,柱温:35℃,检测波长为250 nm。结果:五味子醇甲的进样量在0.0487-4.872μg范围内线性关系良好。其回归方程为:Y=1.628×103+2.054×106X,r=0.9999,平均回收率为101.53%,RSD%=0.94%(n=6)。结论:该法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a method for determination of schizandrol A in Gandezhi Capsule. Methods： RP-HPLC method was used, consisted of Agilent TC-C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm） as chromato bar with methanol-water（55：45） as a mobile phase at 250nm of detection wavelength. Results： The linear ranges for schizandrol A were 0.0487-4.872 μg（r=0.9999）, The average recovery was 101.53% with RSD% of 0.94%. Conclusion： The method is simple, reliable and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Gandezhi Capsule.
