Literature Analysis about Adverse Reactions to Xiyanping Injection in 27 Case

目的:探讨喜注射液致不良反应的一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对国内医药期刊报道的27例喜炎平注射液不良反应病例进行分类统计分析。结果:喜炎平注射液所致不良反应与性别无关,多发生于<10岁年龄组,其出现时间多发生于用药后的前30 min内。不良反应临床主要表现为变态反应和肠痉挛。结论:临床医师、药师应了解喜炎平注射液所致不良反应的规律和特点,加强其应用的监测,以减少不良反应的发生。

Objective： To explore the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADR） induced by Xiyanping injection so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use. Methods： A statistical analysis was conducted on 27 Ganyanlin injection -induced ADR cases reported in domestic medical journals. Results： ADRs of TMP were independent of patient＇s sex, and mostly occurred in the 〈10 group. They usually occurred in the first 30 minutes after taking the drug. Clinical manifestations of ADRs were simple, mainly were toxic and allergic reactions. Conclusion： Doctors and pharmacists should know the pattern and characteristics of ADRs, and the use of Xiyanping injection should be under strict monitoring to reduce the occurrence of serious ADRs.
