复合氧化物 LaM_(1-x)Ni_xO_3(M=Fe,Ni)的晶体结构及电性的研究

摘要 采用柠檬酸络合法、固相反应法分别制备LaFe1xNix03和LaMn1xNixO3。用差热分析法、X射线法、四探针电阻测量法对化合物的晶体结构、电性进行研究。结果表明:x<0.5时化合物为单相的钙钛矿结构,LaFe1xNix03的导电性比LaMn1xNixO3差,导电通道为—(M、Ni)—0—;x≥0.5时化合物为畸变的钙钛矿结构,两者的电性相近,通道为—(—0—Ni—)—。 LaM 1-x Ni xO 3(M=Fe,Ni)(o<x≤0.1) were prepared by decomposition of citric com plexes and solid state reaction method respectively;their crystal structure and electricity properties were investigated by means of powder X-ray diffraction TDA, electrical resistivity measurem ents. The resuits showed that: when x<0.5 the sam ples possessed single phase perovskite structure, the electrical conductivity of LaFe 1 xNi x0 3 were less than those of LaMn 1 xNi xO 3, and their electron transport path were —(M,Ni)—O—;when x≥0.5, the sam ples possessed distorted perovskite structure, the electrical conductivity of both series were almost equal,and their electron transport path were (0 Ni ).
