F波检测诊断在运动神经元疾病中的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨F波反应频率检测在运动神经元病(MND)中的诊断价值。方法对38例MND患者及19例健康者进行F波反应频率、相同和不同形状F波反应频经、F波潜伏期、运动神经传导速度(MCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SCV)检测并作比较分析。结果病例组总F波反应频率正中神经和尺神经分别为15.1%和27.8%,明显低于对照组(U=89.86和58.91,P=0.00);病例组正中神经和尺神经相同形状F波出现率分别为65.7%和72.8%,明显高于对照组(U=47.29和70.47,P=0.00);病例组正中神经及尺神经F波潜伏期较对照组明显延长(t=3.70和4.91,P=0.00);正中神经和尺神经MCV均明显减退(t=4.98和2.45,P=0.00和0.01),而SCV两组间差异无统计学意义(t=0.96和0.50,P=0.17和0.31)。结论F波反应频率检测以MND的诊断和损伤程度判断可提供客观的电生理学依据。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of F wave response frequency detection in 38 patients with motor neuron disease(MND) (as testing group ) and 19 healthy people as control . Methods F wave response frequency,F wave response frequency with same or different shapes ,latent period of F wave , motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV) were detected and the results were compared . Results In testing group , general F wave response frequency of median nerve and ulnar nerve was 15.1% and 27.8% respectively, significantly lower than thai of control group ( U = 89.86 and 58.91, P = 0. 00) ; the frequncy of F wave with the same shape of median nerve and ulnar nerve was 65.7 % and 72. 8 % , respectively, which was significantly higher than that in control group ( U = 47.29 and 70.47, P = 0. 00 ) ; the F wave latent period of median nerve and ulnar nerve was significantly higher in testing group in thai in control group ( t = 3.70 and 4.91, P = 0.00) ;MCV of median nerve and ulnar nerve decreased significantly ( t = 4.98 和1 2.45, P = 0.00 和 0.01 ), but for SCV, there was no significant difference ( t = 0.96 and 0.50, P = 0.17 and 0.31 ). Conclusions F wave response frequency detection provides objective electrophysiological data for the diagosis and degree of injury evaluation.
